To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Fresh Flower Guarantee:
We guarantee that all flowers are fresh at the time of delivery. If you receive an arrangement that does not meet our quality standards, please contact us
Eligible for Refund or Replacement:
- Flowers that arrive damaged or wilted
- Wrong arrangement delivered
- Order not delivered on the agreed date day
Not Eligible for Refund:
Change of mind after delivery
Flowers that were not stored properly after delivery
Orders cancelled less than 24 hours before delivery
How to Request a Refund Contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or phone with your order details and a photo. We will review and respond within 24 hours.
Refund Method Approved refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
